We're hiring: Community Manager

We are looking for a superstar with flexible mindset to juggle between several challenges ranging from customer service, account management, social media and digital marketing management. The ideal candidate has the ability to handle themselves in a professional manner in all situations and exercises cool under pressure. You’d have key role in a startup team and ideally would be able to work at our office in the heart of Helsinki.

  • Participate in the planning process, including brand planning, marketing and content development
  • Create and maintain Content Calendars for all social communities, including writing Tweets and Status Updates, and managing production of image and video assets.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Intercom or Hootsuite to respons to user comments and posts.
  • Interact with users to foster a positive community experience
  • Ideally degree in communications, marketing advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields
  • Ideally experience from the hospitality industry.
